I am going to bring a toolbox with the highlighted items in the box to better explain each word
1. Breath (breathing ball)
2. Focus (eagle)
3. Self-awareness (journal)
4. Balance (3-legged stool – sleep 8 hours/ work or school 8 hours/ family & friends 8 hours)
5. Stability – Your loved ones. They are able to tell you what to keep/stop/start. They build each other up.
6. Gratitude – Start and end each day with gratitude.
Mrs. Frizzi is a certified yoga instructor, school counselor, and author of Powerful You – A Life Guide for All Ages.
