Julie Frizzi has been an educator for over 30 years.
While searching for the perfect guidance curriculum, she discovered children learned best by listening to true stories from other children their age. These sensitive and heart-felt stories had been collected in her brain and were bursting to be written.
She began adding her favorite practiced activities and tips to each collected story. Positive affirmations were included in each lesson to inspire children to change negative thinking.
After becoming a certified yoga teacher (200 RYT), she knew it was time to share this life guide with the world. Sharing yoga and teaching stress reduction techniques continues to be Mrs. Frizzi’s passion in life.
