Blue Zones Project Southwest Florida has teamed up with Julie Frizzi, yoga instructor, founder of Powerful You, counselor, and author to help you improve flexibility, gain strength, and build inner awareness, focus and calm through Yoga. In this third episode, Julie will show you powerful yoga moves to help you stand tall in life, build confidence, and find your inner strength.
