SEL Lesson in Physical Education Classes

 “I wish I had this book as a child because it brings light to difficult situations growing up.  I love the activities for each story and especially love the journal questions, which helped me look inside myself.  This book is a powerful tool to help kids with any problems.   The child that stood out the most for me was Adjusting Anna.”  Lacie, 23 years old
