Powerful You is a grab and go counseling tool loaded with short and easy-to-use units for group or classroom counseling. Each of the twenty-six lessons share a true story with turn and talk prompts for student reflection. Inspiring quotes, activities, and tips are included in the book for optional lesson extension. Use the laminated Powerful You Role-Play Cards for story telling and acting out the desired behaviors. Classroom signs are included to leave a lesson footprint in visited classrooms.The themed units were created by a school counselor who listened and supported children for over 35 years. Breathe and Stretch on the Beach is the second children's book from beloved author, Julie Frizzi. A twist on the standard book, it is an interactive listening game that can be used in the classroom or at home by teachers, counselors, parents or anyone working with children ages 3 and up. After learning poses, leader will name poses in any order to encourage deep breathing, stretching, and relaxing.
